Mmmm pesto. These classic spinach and ricotta fresh tortelloni are handmade by Luca - it's a labour of love, and totally worth it.

Tortelloni holds cult status across Italy (and our Pasta By Post community) for it's classic indulgence. Each tortellone is cut, filled and shaped by hand. Our light pesto is perfect for pulling together all the tastes - though you may wish to add a little extra oil.
All our dishes take around 5 minutes to cook.
It's as simple as boiling some water with a little salt, and cooking your pasta for around 4 minutes. For your sauces, heat in a pan until simmering throughout. Then combine in your favourite plate or bowl!
For baked dishes (our Netflix & Gnocchi or Build-Your-Own Lasagna), you'll need to prep and then leave in the oven.

Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni (200g): Flour (wheat), semolina, eggs, ricotta, Parmesan, spinach black pepper, nutmeg.
Pesto (160g): Basil Paste contains Basil, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Antioxidant [Ascorbic acid], Vegetarian Hard Cheese (Milk), Salt, Rennet, Garlic Puree.
Vegetarian Italian grated cheese (8g): milk, salt, rennet, egg, lysozyme.
