Who is Pasta By Post for?

Anyone and everyone that wants to make mealtimes more memorable!

Most suited to the more adventurous among us, Pasta BY Post is perfect for those who want to always try new dishes but don’t want to deal with all the shopping and cooking.

Whether you absolutely love pasta or enjoy it occasionally, Pasta By Post delivers an extraordinarily tasty dinner experience - try new dishes every two weeks.

Most dishes are ready to enjoy in just 5 minutes!

What should I know before I subscribe?

Pasta By Post is a pasta subscription box.

We deliver handmade-to-order fresh pasta and restaurant-quality sauces - everything you need to make a 5-star pasta dish at home.

Once you join, we’ll deliver two new dishes to you every 2 weeks (bi-weekly).

We’ll email you before the cutoff date each week to announce what your next dishes are - so you can skip if you don’t like them or switch between the veggie and non-veggie options.

You must make any changes before the cut-off date for each delivery (5-days before) - this is so we can order fresh ingredients and get ready to deliver to you. We’re a small business so balancing all the moving parts is real important to us!

Can I try Pasta By Post with a single meal or a one-off delivery?

Nope! Our pasta subscription box is all about diving right in and keeping up the regular experience of new dishes and memorable dinners.

But - you can cancel anytime. It hurts, but if you just don’t enjoy our dishes - we get it. Remember to cancel before the delivery cut-off day though (5 days before) as we can’t cancel any orders once fresh ingredients have been ordered and our pastai get to work! We’ll email you with enough time.

Subscribe today to start receiving your Pasta By Post box.

You'll be able to choose between serving sizes for two or four people, and if you're vegetarian or not. You'll receive your first meals on our next delivery date, and then every two weeks after (bi-weekly).

Can I choose a different day for delivery?

Right now, we only deliver on Thursdays - in time for date night or any other excuse for a tasty Thursday mealtime!

We’ll be delivering on more days soon - but we’re just getting started.

P.s. last orders are on Sunday.

Can I return my delivery?

We’re a small startup finding our feet but we’re trying to build the most customer-centric pasta delivery business possible.  So feedback is always welcome.

If you have any problem with your delivery please get in touch - we are here to help.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of our pasta due to it's perishable nature - but please do store in your fridge or share with a neighbour. We wouldn’t want to see it go to waste.

Where do you deliver?

Pasta By Post can... post... to almost every corner of Great Britain.

There are a few areas we’re not able to reach yet - but we're working on it!

Those areas not yet possible are:

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Thursdays. Right in time for date night or any other excuse for a tasty Thursday mealtime.

We’ll be delivering on more days soon - right now, we’re just getting started.

How do I track my delivery?

We send all deliveries with tracking - simply check your Shipping email or your Account for order tracking links.

My delivery hasn’t arrived - what happened?

The worst has happened! Let's find your order -

1) First, please check your tracking code - found in your Shipping email and in your Account

2) Try contacting the courier direct - they're usually more in the know.

3) Contact us! And we’ll chase it up.

How long do dishes last?

All our dishes are made fresh, so they can be kept in the fridge and enjoyed on the day of delivery or the day after.

So, if your pasta is delivered on a Thursday it should be enjoyed by the end of Friday.

Alternatively, simply freeze your dishes on the day of delivery for up to a month.

Can I freeze them?

Yes! Freeze your dishes on the day of delivery for up to a month.

Your recipe card will include details on how to defrost your dishes safely.

As general guidelines to prepare your frozen fresh pasta, cook directly from frozen and keep it a couple of minutes longer in the boiling water. For lasagne or oven pasta, defrost overnight in the fridge and follow the normal cooking time.

Our sauces should be defrosted overnight in the fridge, or in a microwave for 2 minutes.

Where can I find an allergens list or nutritional information?

Head to our Menu page and click on any dish to see more information including ingredients, allergens and nutritional details for each dish. Need something else? Message us!
