Stelline

Stelline

Pronounced:

Stelline is part of the star-shaped family which are known to go well in soups and broths. These types of tiny stars with a hole in the middle are often reffered to as 'avemarie' as they cook so quickly, in the time it takes you to say one Hail Mary. These tiny pastas are said to be inspired by the constellations and have been around since before the 16th century.
